Chef's Creamy Artichoke Dip

It's football playoff time! Which means it is time for game day watch parties filled with all the snacks and dips you can think of. Try something new this playoff season with Chef Joey's Creamy Artichoke Dip. This simple, quick, and minimal ingredient dip is sure to be a hit with all fans.


  • One 12 oz container of sour cream
  • 2 cans quartered artichoke hearts
  • 1 Tbls beef base
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Sprinkle another 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese on top
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
  4. Serve with toasted baguette
Chef Joey likes to use a premium beef base, not bouillon cubes. Chef uses Minors Beef Base which can be hard to find at the grocery store so there is another one called Better Than Bouillon that also works really well.
