Chef's Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes

Time for a Snow Day treat! Pull up a chair for these fluffy delights. Whether its breakfast or dinner, these pancakes are sure to warm you up on these brisk winter days. With this warm and fresh recipe you'll love the sweetness of fresh blueberries in every bite!


  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together
  2. Add remaining wet ingredients and mix until blended in (Be sure to not over mix or you will have tough pancakes)
  3. Add blueberries
  4. Cook on griddle set at 350 degrees
  5. Flip pancakes when edges start to bubble, about 4-5 minutest on each side
